All Sales Are Final
Due to the high-demand, one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, except as described in our Authenticity Guarantee below.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any questions prior to checkout; we're happy to help you make a confident and informed decision.
One to Another Vintage Authenticity Guarantee
One to Another Vintage stands behind the authenticity of every certified item we sell. Every item goes through a multi-step authentication process. All items labeled and sold with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by a third-party authentication provider (such as Entrupy or similar accredited services) are covered under our money-back Authenticity Guarantee for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
How to File a Claim
If you believe your certified item is not authentic, you may submit a claim within one (1) year of your purchase date by contacting us at onetoanothervintage@gmail.com. To initiate a claim, you must provide:
A written expert assessment from an independent, accredited luxury authentication service clearly stating that the item is inauthentic.
Supporting documentation including photographs, serial numbers, and condition details.
Proof that the item matches the original "fingerprint" (photos, serials, condition details) submitted at the time of our certification.
Our Review Process
Once your claim is submitted, we will:
Review your submitted evidence.
Request that you ship the item to us (we will provide a prepaid shipping label).
Inspect and assess the item to verify: (a) it is the original item sold (no alterations or replacements) and (b) its condition remains materially consistent with the certified state at time of sale.
Remedy
If our review confirms that the item is both the original item sold and is deemed inauthentic, we will, at your preference:
Refund 100% of your original purchase price (excluding tax and shipping) to your original payment method, or
Issue store credit at the same value.
If the item is found to be authentic, or if the external assessment is determined to be inconclusive or flawed, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Limitations & Exclusions
This guarantee applies only to items sold with a COA.
Claims must be filed within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Items must remain in substantially the same condition as when sold. Damage, alterations, or significant wear beyond normal vintage use may void the guarantee.
This guarantee is non-transferable and may only be exercised by the original purchaser.
Final determination of eligibility rests with One to Another Vintage after internal review.
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase is placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our fulfillment workflow, making it difficult to stop or reverse.
In rare cases, a cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion, primarily in the following situations:
Returning customers with a documented history of purchases.
First-time buyers on Whatnot, per Whatnot's cancellation policy.
Even in these situations, cancellation is not guaranteed. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. On Whatnot, cancellation requests made after the livestream has ended will be automatically declined. For all other orders, once an item is in transit or in the final stages of fulfillment, cancellation is no longer an option.
